About the Program
The Dock Master Program for the Oakridge Mall redevelopment is a structured Construction Management initiative that oversees and facilitates the smooth execution of Phase 1 of the Oakridge Mall Redevelopment Dock Master Operation Program. This program includes all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and services required to efficiently execute and complete the project.
Oakridge Mall will be home to a curated selection of world-renowned luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Prada, Brunello Cucinelli, Moncler, Versace, Max Mara, Maison Margiela, Miu Miu, Christian Louboutin, Alexander Wang, Tiffany & Co., Bvlgari, and Rolex.
Scope of Work
1. Temporary Site Offices & First Aid Facilities
- Provision and installation of site offices, tool storage, and first aid stations to support project execution.
- Meeting spaces for mall ownership, consultants, and project teams.
2. Resource & Labor Management
- Coordination and allocation of skilled personnel and resources.
- Oversight to ensure seamless implementation of the dock master program.
3. Temporary Facilities
- Setup of temporary restrooms and waste control systems for tenant improvement contractors.
4. Program Execution
- Logistics Package Development – Mobilization of The Bay, Sobeys, and the Bike Silo.
- Pre-Mobilization & Delivery Logistics – Coordination for anchor tenants.
- Dock Master Program & Delivery Logistics – Management of CRU tenants.
