His leadership style is people-first and performance-driven, focused on building strong partnerships, streamlining processes, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. Whether he’s developing new markets or mentoring leaders, Jhon ensures the entire team operates with clarity, confidence, and accountability.

Let me introduce Julia, our accountant. Julia is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable professional who truly works magic when it comes to managing finances. With nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting field, she has developed a deep understanding of every aspect of financial management. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and an Accounting degree from Brighton College here in B.C.
She can assist with the full cycle of accounting — from handling accounts receivable and payable, and payroll inquiries, to preparing reports for the CRA, including GST, PST, and corporate tax filings.
In her free time, Julia enjoys dancing, spending time by the ocean, camping, hiking in the mountains, and exploring new restaurants to try different cuisines.
