Let me introduce Julia our Accounting Manager. Iuliia joined the JPD team nearly three years ago as a Junior Accountant and has grown significantly within the company, progressing into her current role as Accounting Manager.
With nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations, Iuliia brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. Her dedication, strong attention to detail, and commitment to continuous growth have made her an important part of the JPD team.
Outside of work, Iuliia enjoys traveling and exploring different parts of the world, camping by the ocean, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and, most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

Reza brings over 15 years of construction and architectural design experience. His experience includes serving as Assistant Station Manager at Mount Pleasant station on Broadway Subway Project. At JPD Contracting, he provides project coordination, assistant project management and site supervision, including Arbutus Outbound utility installation, Vancouver Transfer Station Scale replacement, overseeing scheduling, cost management, procurement, subcontractors, and quality control while working closely with clients and consultants.

He oversees site logistics and tenant coordination for the Oakridge Mall Redevelopment, partnering with SBI, EllisDon, QuadReal, and tenant build teams to manage CRU delivery schedules, mobilization, safe access, and permit tracking while driving budget control, change orders, and document rigor. Proficient with CR, Procore and Bluebeam, he blends field execution with process optimization to keep projects compliant and on schedule. Jonathan holds the Google Project Management Certificate, WHMIS, and Procore and Bluebeam credentials, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Yeswanth Sri Ranga is a construction safety professional with strong hands-on experience supporting large-scale commercial, civil, and infrastructure construction operations across Metro Vancouver. He is a BCCSA-certified COR Internal Auditor and an active learner with the BC Construction Safety Alliance, committed to continuous professional development in occupational health and safety.
At JPD Contracting, Yeswanth supports day-to-day safety operations, including hazard assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, contractor coordination, traffic management, lifting and rigging activities, confined-space work, emergency preparedness, safety documentation, and regulatory compliance.
His qualifications include Advanced First Aid (OFA Level 3), Traffic Control Person, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Forklift, Telehandler, Practical Rigging, WHMIS, and Respirator Fit Testing, along with additional construction safety training.
