Design
We start with a cards-on-the-table discovery assessment to align your vision and budget with our capabilities. We will perform precise space assessments and measurements to make the best use of the lot’s available space and partner with you to define the project scope. This initial consultation is a crucial part of preparing for a realistic custom floor plan, recommendations, and an itemized estimate. Our team will then incorporate your feedback into subsequent proposals to ensure we capture all the must-haves while delivering a functional, aesthetically pleasing, energy-efficient, and cost-effective product.
Build
Once we have nailed down the design, we will get to work securing permits, vetting bids, and finalizing safety plans. As we prepare for site prep, we will coordinate milestones, staging areas, and deliverables with key subcontractors and provide proper notice and good-neighbor policies. We will order the supplies we need to get started and itemize invoices for each project, so you are always fully informed on our progress.
Finishing
Often overlooked, post-construction services separate great contractors from good ones. At JPD Contracting, we are not finished until the job site is clean, the punch list is empty, and the customer is completely satisfied. To get there, we help with furniture placement and appliance installation and walk you through your new building. This is where we address any concerns and hand over the keys.
