About the Renovation Project
From the very beginning, our team partnered with Kimberly de Matos (KDM), guiding her through the process of securing the ideal commercial space. We provided expertise from site selection and design consulting to construction management and finishing details.
The project involved converting an outdated dental office into a modern, luxurious spa in the heart of Vancouver. Our scope included permitting, design support, demolition, framing, cabinets, countertops and ceiling tile replacements, custom shelving installation, new French doors, furnishings, and all final details required to bring the space to life.
We worked closely with KDM throughout every stage of the tenant improvement process, ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality. The project was successfully completed to the highest standards, and we were honored to take part in the grand inauguration, celebrating the launch of a stunning clinic that reflects both elegance and functionality.
